《中共中央 国务院关于全方位加大新年代大中小学劳动教育的建议》日前颁布。《建议》强调，通过劳动教育，学生应拥有满足存活进步需要的基本劳动能力，形成好劳动习惯。

The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have unveiled a guideline on strengthening education on the hard-working spirit among students in universities, secondary and primary schools in the new era. Students should acquire basic working capability^{1 for livelihood2 and inpidual development, and form good working habits through such education, said the guideline.}

要努力构建德智体美劳全方位培养的教育体系，形成更高水平的人才培养体系。

We should build an education system which comprehensively fosters the students all-round moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic^{3 grounding with a hard-working spirit, in a bid to bring the countrys personnel fostering system to a higher level.}
